4 & Under are $3
Upon approval children 4 and under qualify for a $3 lift/slope ticket obtained in the administration office or the ski/snowboard school building. This does NOT include rental equipment and lessons. 3 & 4 year old’s qualify for a $3 tubing or ice skating ticket obtained at the tubing or ice skating ticket counters. The child must be present and accompanied by a ticketed adult. Students of North Carolina and Tennessee colleges, universities, and community colleges can qualify for discounted lift/slope tickets. Some restrictions and blackout periods apply. A valid student ID is required. Details

Group Sales
Group rates are available seven (7) days a week for groups of 15 or more. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of your trip. Details

Military Discounts
Discounted lift/slope tickets are available to all active duty United States military personnel, their spouses, and dependent children 17 & under. Discounts available every day of the season, there are no blackout periods. Government issued Military ID’s are required and must be presented to the cashier before the purchase of your tickets. Septuagenarian (70+) Benefits
Upon approval seniors ages 70-74 qualify for a discounted season pass or a junior rate lift/slope ticket. Seniors ages 75 and up can qualify for a discounted season pass or a $3 lift/slope ticket. To obtain these discounted skiing/riding privileges, please visit Sugar Mountain Resort’s administration office located on the second floor of the Base Lodge and present your valid photo ID. Details

Snow Day Rates
Snow day rates are available for K-12 students and teachers in Ashe, Avery, Mitchell, & Watauga counties in North Carolina, & Carter and Johnson counties in Tennessee on days that school is canceled or declared a remote learning day due to winter weather. Details
