OKTOBERFEST CELEBRATION! OCTOBER 9TH & 10TH |
Sugar's 20th Annual Oktoberfest will be
held Saturday and Sunday, October 9th and 10th. Take in the beautiful fall foliage;
cool, comfortable mountain temperatures, German beverages & cuisine, and a
weekend full of activities from 10 am until 5 pm each day. Be sure to bring the
kids because the festival is for the whole family. Shop for the upcoming winter
season at Sugar Mountain sports where you’ll find 50% off all 2010 and older winter
apparel and footwear ONLY during the two-day Oktoberfest. On-mountain lodging
specials are available. Applications for vendor participation and volunteers are
now being accepted. Admission and parking are FREE. Rain or shine the festival will go on!

Sugar's Turkey Treat special is a deal you won't want to pass up.
Sugar's job fair will be held Saturday, October 30th from 10 am until 12 pm.
Miles of hiking and biking trails intertwine throughout the Village of Sugar Mountain
and are accessible from many points throughout the Village and Sugar Mountain Resort.
Daily trail access is free of charge through October 17th from dawn until dusk. Trail
maps are available online or in a
black, marked mailbox located at the base of Sugar Mountain's Flying Mile slope.
Trails are constantly being maintained so please be cautious. Also keep in mind that
weather and other variables can change the condition of any trail. While riding a bike
within the Village limits helmets are required.
